i like the idea of free trade, then you can just exchange more money, and the ppl who says :'this bronze dagger is expensive, pay me 100k'. i have a solution for that.
example: if you right-click on the dagger, click (the not existing yet) the 'worth' button. then you'll see how much it's worth.
anyway, PLEASE DONT SET THE WILDY BACK TO NORMAL.
all the new ppl who have a lv. like 12 are stepping across the border ,( to go to Fist of Guthix , by example,)from normal world to wildy and SLASH, they're killed by a prof****-er.
that happend me about 21 times and i was sick of it.
so sick that i stopped playing 'till i heard that the wildy was no more!
So set the free trade limits
dont set the old wildy!

:D i used to love runescape back then mainly because of the wilderness .yea i was a major noob but thats changed and now i want to kill noobs its only fair lol.pluss how do you get scammed there,but any way up the limit a little just to make people happy.

As a player for the past 10 years I'm for the change back to old wild and free trade, although I see many flaws with this.
Old Wild - Restrict it to a number of worlds and make the wilderness zone unable to change worlds or hop to lobby for a longer duration forcing players to not abuse the wild how it used to be. This bringing back the old wild that PvPers loved and also making players that rather keep it how it currently is on some worlds. Making wild for every world would cut down on many activities for players that aren't into PvP.
Free Trade - Used to love it back in the day although it had flaws which is why GE was implemented. Personally, I'd say re-institute the free trade but keep GE around to regulate normal prices so players can reference prices this solving the problem of scammers newer players can visit GE and learn the prices of their items.
Not so into the whole forum stuff but I'm glad that you guys had made a poll about this to see how many players are for and against rather than ignoring the players input on a very controversial topic. Keep up the good work. +1

I WANT IT BACK I WANT FREE TRADE IT RULEZ AND LIMIT IS TOO ANNOYING WHEN I WANT TO BUY OR SELL SOMETHING TO SOMEONE BUT PERSONALYY i was upset when i found out the trade limit i was highly upset and annoyed but seriously i really need the non-trade limit back!!! please allow the vote let the non-trade-limit come back! :O

coming from someone who has played this game on and off since 1999... ive been a long time fan of runescape i think you had a great system back in runescape classic but as time goes on things have to evolve.. when you took away free trade i dont think you realize how much of the rs population quit your game. and to everyone who says free trade will bring back rwting and scammers and hackers and lurers... well if your that stupid to be lure tricked or scam thats on you ... and jagex has rwting years ago why would the let that come back...

free trade is different then RWTing. free trade is trading amongst players any item you want for instence i could give my friend 10m for something he needs or i could give them a set of armour for fre as a gift THAT IS FREE TRADING PEOPLE! RWTing is buying items for real world cash and as most of you know JAGEX FIXED THAT YEARS AGO!!!!!! there is no way in hell they will let RWTing happen again so i say go for bring back free trade and i agree with others on wilderness situation some worlds should be old wilderness only.

However i think free trading will get a good ammount of your customers back once they realize free trade is back. I mean i quit runescape for aout 3-4 years because of the free trade crap.
JAGEX YOU HAVE MADE SO MANY UPDATES OVER THE YEARS IM SURE YOU CAN RIG UP A SYSTEM TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY WITH FREE TRADE AND WILD... AND I ALSO BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE THE SMARTS TO CONTINUE TO STOP RWTing AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK OTHERWISE TAKE A LOOK AT HOW LONG RWTing HAS BEEN BANNED..... MY POINT EXACTLY

I am REALLLLLY getting tired of ignorant people who are complaining and demanding that this never happen.
People are going so far as to say that the vote is rigged. @Grace OMaly - You have friends that hate the update because merchers associate with merchers, pkers associate with pkers etc. thus you are all of the same opinion. That doesn't mean that the 91% Yes vote is rubbish. Additionally, for those saying that there are many people against it posting on the forums - and i believe that this has been said before - the team that is getting their ass handed to them will always be the loudest.
And finally, I am REALLY REALLY tired of listening to FoG and Clue Scrolls etc. players complaining about being killed in the wild. If you take the time to read, and don't simply begin whining at the slightest hinderance, you will see that all of these activities will be RELOCATED. You will still be able to do your quests and minigames in complete safety.
So please, just leave it alone.
