The new trade system is nice, in that it gives players a clear idea of how much each item is worth. However, with the addition of this system, many items saw their prices artificially inflated beyond what any reasonable person would care to pay. Not to mention the (much exploited) potential for price manipulation.
Players that were around before the trade limit and Grand Exchange will remember that all items already had clear, stable prices and were for the most part immune to price manipulation. Furthermore, the prices of items were determined by what players thought was reasonable, rather than what an automatic system like the GE decided they were worth based on buy/sell rates.

Im pretty sure that free trade and wilderness coming back. I dont wnt free trade since that will only cause trouble. Old wilderness is something that needs to come back but i have a feeling that Jagex isnt telling us something. Also people gotta know that a game is Only as good as the community and a community filled with scammers and botters and such are gonna ruin the game

Jagex,
This forum is pretty much for the high level guys with say 400m+. they don't want it back cause they will get killed by people who use their brain and make pures!!! the free trade = being able to start off a new account and put around 1m on it. wilderness = no Revenants and being able to pk! EVERYBODY VOTE YES! well to be honest there's no point now. look at the votes. 90 percent say yes.
PvM.

Some of you guys need to man up and grow a pair! I did crazy amounts of clue scrolls before and after update. The only difference is it was more exciting and the possibility of being ice-barraged and dds-ed out of nowhere sort of gave it more of a thrill. I enjoyed it, but still it wasn't hard to avoid them, the chances of that happening and me dying were still very slim.

Well.. all i have to say is, This update has been wicked, Free trade and staking in runescape in my personal opinion is a must! The wilderness update i'm cool with it too, although i think it is better of this way, for clue scrolls, The beacon network and other stuff.. I suggest wilderness stays as it is or at least, Put wildy a Pvp zone in some worlds and in others as it is now - that will be best but like i said, that is only my opinion. The trading update on the other hand is a good idea, it's good in many ways like giving friends money to help him buy Armour, food etc, or presents on a special day, it is up to the jagex mods too catch Gold buyers.

I definitely think that Jagex should bring the wilderness and free trade back. The update had all the right intentions of keeping the game safe for new players but it also ruined the game for the experienced. With the return of the wilderness and free trade I believe more players will return to Runescape and it will also gain more popularity with people who have never tried the game before.

I personally would be incredibly happy to see the trade limits removed and the wilderness back. The way I see this is that RWT will always be there to an extent whether you like it or not and as for people worried about clue scrolls involving the wilderness, I think Jagex should implement a few "safe" worlds in which players would have the security of the trade limit and the safety of a non-combat wilderness.
