Rofl. You think food is an issue? You do know that cooking is the fastest skill to train, right? No one would care. Also, there are actually some people who skill who don't share your values. The market will never dry up, it will just become more bountiful for the players who can take it.

I agree that free trade and the wilderness should come back, but I also think that we should keep the grand exchange open that keeps an economy going. With free trade, one person might sell, for example, a dragon platebody for 10,000,000 gold pieces. You aren't in that town, but there is someone in the town your in, selling it for 18,000,000 gold. If you don't know about the cheaper price, you just got ripped off. So I believe that we should keep some form of minimum and maximum price to prevent something like that from happening.
My only complaint about the wilderness is that it needs safe trails. On each side of the trail, would be a one way magical barrier. You can only go out of it, but not in. The trail could be set at level one wilderness by a guide for a price. It would go all the way to the destination you wanted, unless you stepped out of the magical barrier, which would be prompted if you were sure to step out. I would also like to see removal of revenants. Unlike players, revenants do not have any form of thought. They see a player in the wilderness and gun them down, so to speak. Players, will give it consideration generally if they see another player in the wilderness. These are my thoughts on the subject, feel free to comment.

Windfaro cooking may be the fastest sill but if theres no skillers it dont matter how fast it is as.
if the only people in the game are player killing and eating food while no ones doing the cooking.
food would soon dry up.
also someone has to catch the fish what happens if no ones fishing it and fishing is not a fast skill.

Also, you make the mistake of thinking that the wilderness even effects you that much. Honestly, it doesn't, unless you regularly go there to skill. Rune miner, are you? I'm pretty sure there are some safe places to do that now, since jagex likes to baby its skilling community so much.

Fred, don't act like you understood me at all: you didn't. Anyone who needs food can easily go train a few levels. Also, stakers fight without food on a regular basis. Actually that was how all serious stakers fought in teh old days. Pking without food would make it more fast paced and somewhat more exciting.

Windfaro if you think player killing dont effect me think agian please

food goes up meaning when i train combat i have to pay more or spend hours getting my own.
pots also go up in value meaning if i want to use supers while training its going to cost a fortune.
certain runes go up in price as suddenly mages need them to player kill.
people can free trade meaning merchants dont have any limits on how many items they can buy.
like they do in the g.e
also do people really still rune mine its so slow and the moneys so poor now its not like back in classic when it was the strongest armour in game and few people could make it.

lol talking about the economy drying up lmao
Really if it survived back then it will survive today
there will always be someone fishing because you can make basically over 100m fishing so duuh
Cooking suprisingly people want it because its an easy skill cape to get some people get it first because its easiest an they dont want to train things like runecrafting cause of how long it takes
The runescape economy will always be fine lol as long as there are people who dont have 99 in the stat an more players come it will be okkkk!!!!!!!!!
as for the wildy/ free trade that will only invite new an old players back lol
