I give support to this. As a player since 2001 I think it's a necessary move. Not only that, I think it's time for Jagex to step away from the world records and acolades a moment and look back at their roots. This is not a game for little kids. Anyone that can be scammed is too young to play this game. They weren't mature to start playing by reading the manual firth. They clicked through wildy warning signs. They had no common sense. If someone says they'll convert your bronze sword to a dragon sword if you give it to them, think a moment, would you hand a stranger 10$ if he said he'd give you 10,000$? Common sense, it's what this generation is lacking. If we want to make a game some sensible minded folk can enjoy, you'll sadly be appealing to a lesser and lesser crowd as fewer people are born with the gift of thought process and common sense. I welcome the reverted changes and beleive jagex can indeed stomp on RWT with smarter technology. My brother and I will be rejoining once the changes go through after a almost 3 year hiatus. We have not played because once we lost the ability to work together on quests and training through free trade, we lost all desire to play alone. When he'd train smithing we'd mine ores together while playing music for hours on a weekend just to chill, and i'd trade all mine to him. He'd give me any jewels he got and I'd train crafting, and along with my magic, I'd have all the ammys he neeeded, and he made my armor. Once we had to jettison that fun of working and playing together the game ceased to be fun in our eyes. But now we'll return. Lets see how this goes Jagex, welcome 2011!
