a funny way to fight botters, use webcam to detect if someones there! lol.
maybe jagex should just make 2 separate games. runescape 3A (Free trade)and runescape 3B (no free trade). then let the players choose which game they wna transfer their account to and it will be permanent (no changing back). Everybody will just be happy with their options.

How are they suppose to implement QP with skilling? It is like saying your combat level has to be level 40 before you get the right to talk to other players which is really stupid. Though I do like the idea, putting restrictions on bots to limit what they can or can't make. Don't forget they also have combat bots and I don't think I have seen a quest bot yet. I will have to look this up.

Webcam idea bad, different RS Servers is the same as worlds. If they made 2 different games that would be harder than what it is for them.

if the main problem is gifts to friends then rather than have x ammount for friends youve known for a long time but make it so theres no limit to friends you've known for a long time. ive had this and ive got friends that ive know since 2004...its a little bit irratting we give joke presents and the trade limit isnt high enough!
as for wilderness im not really bothered seen as clan wars etc will be moved out along with clues etc

The people against the situation is more inclined to mention the bottes and scammer. And frequently more and more people I run into they welcome the update with open arms. Then you got the people who reject it fully and not believing Jagex has the power to stop them. Then you got the people who really don't care as long as it doesn't affect their gameplay (which I believe you are one) which is absolutely fine to me. I understand people who didn't like the bots taking all the resources. I didn't like when people tried to scam me when I played. I didn't like the fact that going to the wild in free members worlds was the only way to kill greater demons. I lived with those facts and gotten used to them.
Now the runescape system has changed to the pvp worlds and the bh worlds and sending revenants to pwn you if you go too far out in the wild at a lower level. It's sickening and they overpowered the revs for that reason. what would you rather face at a lower lvl, a rev who can freeze and teleport block you or a person you can run away from? Especially in non members where the revenants have the same power but players are weakened due to the fact they have lower lvl equipment.

Obviously the only thing you're doing right now is complaining. First of all, as i said before many times, botters were NEVER gone, sure this update could have some risks involved, but the systems that spots them have improved over these years, so don't complain about that please.
The most annoying part about your post was the complaining about the poll. You can now vote for yes, no or i don't mind, so don't complain about the old poll, it has been changed. If you don't want old wilderness and free trade to come back, vote "no", it's as simple as that.
As for the luring and scamming, it shouldn't be happening, it's your own fault if you fall for such things. Of course, I've been scammed aswell, and it actually taught me a lesson.
Also, stop being ignorant to other players, like your insults about women... i actually thought that Pd 2011's posts were very good.

arnt they on about moving the revs somewhere else anyway? so people will still have to deal with the revs AND PvP players...it just means that they will be in one world rather than going onto another for PvP. the point about living with it was the best point i think...just live with it! if you dont like PvP and it does come out just dont go into wilderness! if free trade comes out just learn from being scammed! all about learning no matter what the rules or whatever are.

Arch has a very good point as well. This is a poll and no need to flame others for the opinions people have. Everyone has the right to believe and say what they want but going to far bringing harmful aggression is no way to compromise a way into an agreement. Think if the players were able to agree on something they can give up so they could keep the other. We as a community would be able to make Jagex better to help them get their old customers back and perhaps even knew ones. Instead of just getting fired up and saying things truly think about it.
And the idea of unlimited trade with only your friends is good too. But what if I made a new account and my friend wanted to give him some gear to start? Or give lots of stuff for pking who knows.

Maybe they will have an area where people can go to fight only revs who knows.
