@nobbit, put them on your ignore list, instead of making it your reason not to want a good part of the game back, jagex has already given you a solution to that problem.

Nobbit use the ignore list or teleport.
Begging wasn't THAT big a problem in 06, I certainly found ways of avoiding it. Seriously, it's not a big issue and if you are reporting it, then you are wasting peoples time by being so childish and rising to the bait.
You're actually wasting your own time by doing it also as they wont ban them in any way shape or form.
