remember this post page and tell to all the noobs in future...
here is how "scamming works"
scenario 1:
Players 1 buys 1k mage logs and 1k willows (they used to look like eachother) mage logs are on market price for 1.3k ea he selling in world 18 cammy bank for 800 ea, player 2 sees this and thinks he is about to get the deal of a lifetime, he throws up his 800k for 1.3mil worth of mage logs and clicks away at accept not wanting player 1 to think, player 1 quickly and quitely switches the mage for willows, and clicks accpet himself, now in second trade window if you where smart you would see is says willow logs (x1000) and not magic logs(x1000)... player 2 just spent 800k on maybe 30k of willows...

scenario 2:
before money was colored at diferent mils you could make 4 look like k... a whip was worth about 3mil so player 1 would sell a whip for 3mil player 2 comes and puts up 50004, now that is only 50k but it used to look like 5000k player 1 gets all excited and rapidly clicks accept... in second trade window he SHOULD look and see it saus 50004 and not 5,000,000....

simple enough? scamming cant work anymore bc money has colors and items look dif, and the big flashing exclamtion point!
jagex already stated that they will being moving some things, i do not think drags and clue scrolls should be moved becuase they where there in old rs when i played and i did just fine...
this pole is very fare, people always complaining how people are using mult accounts, i have 3 accounts and yes i voted will all of them, if you think thats unfair well make more and go ahead and hit no...you still gona loose at 925k votes nomater how many kids vote no its gona happen....
geting lured is your own fault, if kids says oh yeah ill give u p hat if u folow me and u folow, well youre about to learn a life lesson on talking to strangers...
dont wana get pkd then dont go in wildy...

Agent, I didn't even think about how this will affect merching. Finally, those pesky auto-talkers in the GE can be gone since merching will pretty much be ruined now. Now those people have to actually work for their money instead of letting an offer sit in GE for a few days.

For everyone fearing no more rune crafting, you van still do zmi alter, or that summoning teleport to do nats, which is faster than the abyss. Law runes? Law running comes back, and that's a butt load of exp for rune crafters, and good money for low levels.

I have read the this forum for about 20 pages and I see that many people try and say that it is a bad idea because of RWTing and scamming. I will lay it out on the table for you. RWTing is going on with or without the trade limit, and scamming goes on all the time. People say that RWTing was stopped but it wasn't people still go and buy items but instead of getting it in a day the people they pay get the account money and then buy the item for you. For scamming, if you think it's a scam then don't run out into the wildy, and if you do get scammed then it's obvious that you don't realize that it was a scam in the first place and thus is your fault for not using your entire brain. For those people that think it's going to ruin the game, you are the people that were most likely new players after the changes. I was a constant player before the updates and I played it after not because I felt the updates were necessary but because I still hoped for a day that Jagex would appeal to the players instead of worrying about themselves. *no insult intended* For all of you that think that this will mess the game up then maybe this game isn't for you. I played it when free trade and the old wildy were around and I can tell you that it was a hell of a lot more fun than TRYING to play now.

And one question: When will this most likely take affect if it does end up happening?

Personly, im doing this just for the free trade and I know everyone else wants the wildy so im voting for both those things, but i might try the old wildy when it comes back because i starting playing a few months after it was removed so it would be good to try it out
also, i have lots of accounts but i have only put this 1 in the vote... and if everyone only voted 1 account then the votes would drop 100000-200000, who knows? maybe im exagerating... but stop complaining ppl. Jaggex is doing this because they want new players to try old wildy and they hope that some of the old players might start playing again, how will they know? they could have friends who still play rs to tell them
PS: "a true Pr0" i thought of a scenario that u shoulda added to ur how to be scammed list that doesnt involve trade:
Player 1 is walking around in varrock
Player 2 says he will give him a valuable item
Player 1 follows him
Player 2 leads him into wildy to get killed
this wouldve worked back then, but now a warning flashes up saying wildy is dangerous, so player 1 wouldve realised hes gonna get killed for his stuff so he would walk away, if not.... lets just say he goes to lumbridge poor Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

The fact is that some people have voted multiple times with different accounts, however i don't really care since it wouldn't change the outcome anyways.
Some people like to say that people voting against it are noobs that have played only after 2007. Well i voted no and I have played since 2004. But i was more of a skiller type so I didn't like to pk and risk getting killed. Although I must say that it was quite thrilling to run in wildreness with friends not knowing what to expect. So the vote goes how it goes, I'm play regardless of the outcome.
