So, this past November we had elections.
Several people ran uncontested for minor offices like Orphan Court Judge and Commissioner of Counting Trashcans.
The way you are running this "poll" is paramount to telling one of them, "Sorry. You got 2 million votes, but the county population is 5 million. So 3 million dissented and you are not elected."
Sorry, that should really be that "We *think* the population is", since multiple and inactive accounts can be counted I suppose, but really hard to tell how many players are really behind those.
Of course, in this case, my neighbor could vote for me, and as often as they like, so maybe the conversation goes "Congratulations, you got 6 million of the 5 million residents to vote for you."
