OneAddict - The general rule of thumb is that clans are only permitted to have one recruitment topic open at a time within the recruitment forums. That means that even if the topics don't have the same content, if they are advertising for the same clan the would count as a duplicate topic.

What you can do, though, is use the Recruitment - Looking for a Clan forum to find potential recruits. That forum works a little bit differently in that players who are not in clans create the threads stating that they are looking for a clan, and if a clan feels they would be a good fit the clan can post their advertisement leading back to their recruitment thread so the interested potential clanmate can look into the clan further.
