Iceberg : It appears as if a fellow Forum Moderator accidentally missed your post, allow me to give an answer instead. You can safely use quotes from Jagex Moderators as facts in a discussion - assuming, of course, that the quote used relates to the current discussion and isn't taken out of context. It is on the other hand more troublesome to use Forum Moderator quotes as facts as many Forum Moderators post casually and merely share their own opinion. If, on the other hand, the post isn't that specific Forum Moderator sharing their opinion, then yes, you can use it as facts as we'd be bound by our guidelines set by Jagex. I would however strongly encourage you to discuss using your own arguments and only refer to quotes from Jagex and/or Forum Moderators carefully.
