If someone else has access to your account, please follow the steps outlined in the Account Help section of the Support Center. (Also accessed by Main Menu > Support > Account Help > I Can't log in > I think someone else has access to my account)

If your registered email is still secure and the hijacker has not reset it to a different account, follow the advice on the Security: Secure Email page.

If your registered email has been reset or is no longer secure, then you should follow the instructions on the Security: Insecure Email page , in order to secure your computer and email and recover your account.
