Sarah12154, the following is taken from the RuneScape - Getting Started page of the Support Centre.

Clicking on the 'Play Now' will send you to the account creation form.

Enter your age and your email address (this is important - it is how you log in to the game and acts as a way for us to reset your password). Then choose a password.

Each of these fields will get a tick when they have been completed. If there is an error, a cross will show and a message will show indicating what you need to do.

You can also choose to create an account using your Facebook details if you'd prefer.


Check the cross to see what information you need to complete setting up an account.
