@Horsey - the thread in Recruitment - Skilling Clans was locked because they had another recruitment thread for RS3 already in a combat recruitment section. The other threads you have flagged up are for 07 and DarkScape. Being different game modes with different clan systems it's ok to have different threads for the clan.
Regarding the DarkScape forum section, I assume more sections may be added if it turns out to be popular. Until then it's probably best to keep RS3 and DarkScape recruitment threads in separate sections. Hopefully we'll get some clarity from Jagex soon though
