@ CaptainBooty - Yes, the two threads are on the same topic, and therefore the 1st rule does apply to them to an extent. However, that forum is a feedback forum. when a change is made to the game that seems to have a large impact on players, it is often best initially to just allow players to say what they need to say. As Jagex collects the feedback, if it looks like there are so many threads on the topic that feedback threads on other issues are getting lost or drowned out, they may select or create a single thread and ask that any additional feedback be consolidated on that one thread. It has no yet reached that point, so both of those threads are fine at the moment.

The other two rules you mentioned do not apply in this situation. One is to prevent spamming and the other to prevent 'copy and paste' of another's content and posting it as if it was your own.
