@ Kurai Haruna - J Mods are able to edit posts, even those made by other J Mods. In fact the OP that you are concerned about shows that it has already been edited by a J Mod other than the original poster.
The J Mods do keep an eye on the size of the stickied threads in each forum and will refresh them when they feel it is needed.
