@ Zaper - As I explained in my previous post, the only thing similar enough between the two thread to be considered 'copied' is the logo. If the text was copied, it has been edited enough to be considered unique and therefore, no matter who posted it first, there is no action that can be taken regarding it.

As for the logo, I looked at the screenshot you provided, but it does not show a date that is any earlier than the date of your current thread of 31st July. While the other clan's thread shows that it was created 21st July, and edited 7th September, it is not possible for the Forum Moderator team to know if the logo was posted there in July, before your current thread was posted, or added in the September edit, after your thread, or anywhere in between. I even did a web search to see if I could find a cached version of your previous thread that might show the logo in use at an earlier date, but had no luck.

Additionally, a search did show that the ascii art dragon used for your logo is available on more than one website. As there is no way to establish which clan used the logo first, or even if both clans found it independently of each other, rather than one copying it from the other, there is no moderator action that can be taken here . You'll just have to chalk it up to both clans having good taste in ascii art.
