TowerPowerXo - The author of the earlier thread has posted on the new thread in such a manner as it appears he does not have an issue with the content being used. If he should have an issue with it, then he is welcome to report it here himself.

Edit to add: Most often when a thread owner passes along the rights to their thread to another, the rights to the content of the original are considered to be included. The forum rule "do not steal another player’s thread content" is to prevent one group or clan from stealing the content and hard work of another group and using it as their own, rather than situations where ownership/stakeholder of the same thread/group/clan has changed.
