If you feel that your account was issued an offense in error, then you may use the appeal system to contest it (Main Menu > Account > Account Settings > Account Status), provided the offense is one that allows for an appeal.

@ Draco Burnz - Yes, the poster admitted that he gravebumped the thread. However, the thread wasn't that dead, and the topic is still relevant, especially in light of the Vampyrium quest coming next month. The post was on topic, relevant, and contributing to the discussion, rather than just spam. No moderator action is necessary at this time.
