As long as the player isn't doing it every few minutes and/or doing it to farm their post count, I don't see an issue with it. Especially with how fast-moving that forum can be. Remember, the "Bump" button can be used once every 10 minutes and with the player posting longer than 10 minutes after each post in most cases, that added to the decision.
