If you copy the content of someone elses thread then thats really bad manners.
You can't have the thread unlocked due to you copying another persons content.
If you feel an error was made then your only option left is to use the Review thread. Even Jagex won't unlock it due to the copying.

Do not make duplicate threads, and do not steal another player’s thread content.
Do not copy somebody else’s thread (plagiarism) – thread content belongs to the account which first posted it or the clan which they posted it for.
