All you can do if you get scammed is report in game only.
Seeing as you are in a team event very little can be done about splits. It's 1 of them things that need sorting within the team before you take part.
We the F-Mods or Jagex can't force people to hand over the splits.
I suggest you find a better suited team where you will get the splits agreed upon.
Nothing can be done about it via the Forums or via E-Mail.
Please don't make threads about this issue as you say as the threads will be locked.
