Banddossing, if players are scamming you, the only option is to report ingame. That is the only way that appropriately captured evidence can be sent to Jagex for investigation. Emailing many Jagex email addresses (many which are no longer in service, and others which have their own designated purposes), along with posting on the forums naming & shaming others is not the way to go about resolving this.
This is also not the first time you've been asked not to name and shame other players on the forums, as was addressed on a thread you created last week.
The only place this can be resolved is ingame with the parties involved. If they are actively scamming others, then the only thing you can do is send a report. As this thread is for reporting forum misconduct only, please ensure future posts here follow the guidelines mentioned on page 1 of this thread.
