Berend * - The thread appears to have a goal of forming a group for Fist of Guthix, rather than being a thread about an established group or a thread discussing a minigame.

The Teamwork's FSR states that "The Teamwork Forum is for helping you find groups to slay monsters with, compete in Activities or similar. This forum is solely for helping you find such groups"

The OP of the thread is doing that, trying to find a group to compete in the activity of Fist of Guthix. As such, the thread is just fine where it is at present.
