Poz*galec 90, if a player has scammed the way to report them would be to use the report abuse interface ingame at the time of the offense taking place. Outside of that, you would need to begin to work at regaining the wealth via training your skills ingame.

AOROX - You can mention a clan has an offsite on the forums, so long as there is no instructions on how to get to said offsite (search terms, URL, etc). What you have posted should be fine.
