Thank You Woodstck, I did see that already but now I do understand it. He may not post one he simple states that he can and never states that he will. The event actually last through Monday and ends on a Tuesday so more than likely he will have time to post one, and I really hope that he does. The suspense is killing me and I can't wait these extra couple hours.

I'm not 100% sure but seasonal titles usually take a few hours after event end to be accessible on your account.
Since this ins't a regular hi-score, titles have to be added manually to the accounts. It may take us a few days depending on who is available to add them to your accounts

Mod Jon posted on page 15 or 16 an updated list as of Friday. He also stated that lists aren't easy to post as the lists were obtained at midnight server time the night before (in response to my post on page 17).
They won't be able to get another list until Monday since others obtain the data for him. I highly doubt there will be hourly updates on the last day. Likely there will only be one.
Hourly updates are impossible to do, I'm afraid, given the nature of how the game sends the data to us
