Phantom of the Bonanza sounds like a perfect Runescape quest, and could have some great writing to really make it a good parody. That's my favorite on here so far. This was the one I submited via email.

I’d love to see a sequel to Gertrudes Cat called Gertrudes Cataclysm. Evil Bob would be the antagonist, working with his underling *partner” Evil Dave, to take his revenge on a Runescape that has wronged him. Sequel to A Tail of Two Cats, it could start at Gertrudes house and span to the desert, where Bob has set up in a pyramid that contains an artifact which, when unleashed, will turn Runescape into Scaperune and it’s up to the player to stop it. A good way to give old content new life.

-Hunter level, as the player would do a scavenger hunt of some kind to track down Bob.
-Combat, thieving, and agility to get through the pyramid.
-Fishing and cooking with catching and uncooking a fish to lure him into security and learn his plan.
-Possibly use several lunar spells to get through the pyramid, Superglass Make to build a bridge out of desert sand, etc, Dream to enter Scaperune to talk to Evil Bob.

A lot of people would appreciate it, the combination of Evil Bob and Evil Dave could make a really fun quest, and for rewards, a 65-80 training area for cooking/fishing or thieving/agility

A lot of us are doing both I think. I like many others enjoy letting others see our creative juices that come spilling out of our dead-pan brains. Then again whats a dead-pan. Aren't pans inanimate... or are they secretly plotting to kill us all one tiny burn at a time. O.o Quest Idea of Laughs.

The cook of Lumbridge castle believes he has stumbled upon something. He asks you to investigate the cookware in both his kitchen and the dish room (basement). He's not sure if it was the dukes wine and his imagination or if the kitchen is coming to life.

Quest Requirements: Cook's Assistance
Skill Requirements: 40 Cooking (higher cooking gets better gear)
Item Requirements: Various everyday ingredients from around the world to make armour and weapons.
Items Suggested: Food for final combat
Enemies: Scale to cooking level: Any of the following: Plates. Eating Utensils. Tea Cups. Kettles. Beaters. Stove. Cupboards. Lastly the mighty Dread-Pan.
(Evil parodied versions of the Beauty and the Beast cookware.)
Rewards 2 TH keys, Cooking (scale to level: 1000*level*0.15) exp (6,000 min and 14,850 max). Cooks stove is now more likely to not burn items. Example: Never burn sharks at 94. Never burn sharks at 90 with cooking gloves. (159 words)

We make Guthix return to our world to battle Tuska and Zamorak danger. Guthix body become attack of some kind of dark magic and his dead body begin to destroy. Guardians of Gielinor have mission to save Guthix and Death the most elder member of the team may be know how . In legendary ocean city with lost in depth of east sea Guthix hide some kind of great weapon with can be use as for cure or for get great power but... key for this city is an elder sword , an Elder God could repair it. We need to make Ful godness of flames help us to repair sword .But firth we need to find her true form in the bottom level of volcano . Also Saradomin , Sliske , Seren and World date will be have a role in this quest and we will be able to meet Guthix daughter Aagi spirit. Last we will have a chance to make choices : we can choice to return Guthix or his daughter as a god of nature and balance and second one will be arrived as astral soul in spirit amulet one of the quest reward and more.
