Don't forget to change your title to "Maxed" or "the Completionist" to gain access!
Remember - you cannot gain access to the HLF without having 99 in Invention as well as 99 in every other skill on RS3.
Also, even though titles are disabled in-game - if you set your title to 'Maxed' in-game, it'll still update on the forums!
