Has a problem with playing RS on his Mac and apparently isn’t alone.
That’ really odd as I know people who do play RS on a Mac. Still, if you’re having a problem then perhaps try the following:
Updating Graphics Drivers
1. Click the Apple.
2. On the "Apple" menu, click "Software Update."
3. If there is a Mac OS X update available, you can install it. If there is a graphics driver update, it will be included in the Mac OS X update.
Other programs
Close any unnecessary software which may be running on your computer. In particular, don't try playing RuneScape at the same time as downloading files or watching Web TV as this doesn't work very well!
Many of the programs that we use can be very demanding on your CPU.
Update Java
1. Click the Apple.
2. On the "Apple" menu, click "Software Update."
3. If there is a Mac OS X update available, you can install it. If there is a new version of Java for Mac, it will be included in the Mac OS X update.
Clear Jagex Cache
1. Choose Users>your user name>Library>Caches.
2. From the Menu bar, choose Edit>Select All.
3. Drag all of the items to the Trash.
4. From the Macintosh HD, choose Library>Caches.
5. Choose Edit>Select All, and drag the items to the Trash. You’ll be required to type in an administrator’s pass.
6. Restart your Mac.
Then, use spotlight to locate the folder .jagex_cache_32 on your computer and delete it

Nope! Player and forum mods are players just like anyone else so they don’t get any benefits that the rest of us don’t get. =)

Have a read of the latest profile message on the channel (7 dec) and hopefully you’ll see where we’re coming from on that one. The quick version is that because of how many comments we get on the channel, we don’t approve them all and so given the choice in the limited time available, are more likely to approve pleasant messages as opposed to people having a moan about them forgetting their password or hating MMG or whatever. However, feedback is often helpful whatever it is and it’s partly with that in mind that we created this thread to give you more chance to get a response to your comments.

I suggest checking your water supply as someone may have put something in it.
Also, if it’s anything like my computer, if my monitor cable comes loose, the screen has a pink background to it. Could that be it? Either way, I think the problem is at your end. ; )

Dear Mod Leeny, I am interested in the amount of Christmas Crackers left ingame since the RuneScape Classic spawn event. im sure other players would find it interesting to know how many Rare items there are left ingame. for all i know Santa Hats? could be rarer than Partyhats or Christmas Crackers.

. I personally would love a game inbox so that players can send other players messages. Also I know that if there was an option for players to pick what they kept on death (Of course a disclaimer to the players that use this option must be present for the players that are new to the game). -Thanks for keeping the game up to date and

A: The mailbox system isn't such a bad idea, have a look around the forums and check out the threads under the Suggestion forums
you might get your suggestion heard that way!
Q: Jagex, i got a suggestion. What if you add some member items to free worlds, i bet it would attract more players

Q: why did you make the 120 dung cape not look like a skill cape looks more like a castel wars cape not that i mind but also is their any way you can get rid of the the scam websites that end with tk cause i didnt know about it once and i got scammed i ended up paying xx$ to get my account back and well wasnt a fun thing to do i felt like i got black mailed but i was wondering if u would put an announcement out about it i dont want other players to go through what I had to.

Q: telenaification: brawling gloves?........ can we please have bounty hunter and pvp worlds like we have now 'and' old bh please?
A: if it's not covered by our FAQ's or the Newspost, keep checking the forum regularily, there are alot of questions asked, and not all have been answered yet, we are however working on that.
about things like brawlergloves, I believe that Mark has mentioned something about this being too specific at the moment.

A: Our systems have come a long way since 2007, If the Old Wilderness is coming back we have a much bigger advantage now to handle the issue of RTW than we had back then.
Q: will you ever unbann perm banned accounts? you should give people chances

A: Permanent bans are permanent i'm afraid.
When we issue a permanent ban we are 100% sure there has been a serious offense committed.
Players that choose to macro to gain an unfair advantage, people that purchase items to gain something extra over other players or people that sell items for real money, along with people that use glitches and bugs to gain an unfair advantage over genuine players in the benefit of personal gain.
Q: well i do miss free trade but if jagex bring back free trade probably items would? go on inflation and scammers would probably get back their old job of scamming people unless of course prices of items would still be shown under the trade (not going against the idea of having free trade back of course just saying saying the flaw of it) and since there will be free trade i guess the grand exchange will be of no use cos people would just sell it through trade since they can sell it at any amount they want than maybe jagex could change the grand exchange into something else like a area for minigame for f2p or something else
