Hey everyone,

Thanks so much for asking this question.

We have no issues with players posting their Twitter Channels/Usernames for other players to follow you or your channel. All we ask that you don't post the full link .

So, for example, you can say:

Follow me @JagexNeena

But not: https://twitter.***/jagexne*na

Same with Twitch. Does that make sense?

If not, let me know - but yeah, we have no problems with you communicating your Twitch channels and Twitter tags in-game. =)

The reason you can't post a full link is because we don't want to encourage users posting or clicking any inappropriate links.

I hope this clears up any issues. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. ^_^

As per the above, there's nothing wrong with what this thread is out to accomplish. While the website advertising rule itself is still in place, the JMods have no issues with the posting of things such as Twitter names, and as such no action needs to be taken with regards to this thread.

If you feel that the action taken here was incorrect, you are welcome to bring this up on the Moderation Review Thread, but please don't continue to disrupt this thread further.
