You can cancel the special task, had the same problem with the Spider :P

Question will there be any nerf to the Xp rates in elf city because i really like them and see them as rasonable rework of some of the skills. Everyone trying to get to get most out of it because they think they you gone nerf it.
Seems reasonable to me since for most activites ya need 90+ levels

Is elf city supposed to be a tourist trap for high level players? I don't see a reason to leave the city ever since entering. This place is awesome!

Assuming Inventor comes out next year, will that skill be incorporated into Elf City somehow, or will you keep each clan to have exactly 2 skills?

Will there be a boss to fight within the city?

lies! lies! lies! no they have not opend!!!!! no!!! iam not enjoying looking around cause seems i dont have the required quests cause it is a domino effect of quests i need 1 in orrder for that 1 i need 3 more in order for them 3 i need 5 more and so freaking forth!!!!

that great new content we all payed for is just so 10% of us can enjoy it!!!!!!
the majority is paying for the bullpoop so 10% of us can actual go in and enjoy it!!!!
now here is a question for you, this great new update that has been months in the making and probably costed a lot of money and man hours!! why is such a big importent update behind such a freaking big door that only few of us can enter!!!
iam a high level player but because of these freaking quests i cannot enter but its also MY MONEY that helped make this so here is the question WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY!!!, and iv been collecting over 120 motherlode stones these passed few months ARE THEY USELESS NOW?? did i just waist my time on that??

I saw houses beneath Elf City, down at the crater. Can you guys make batch 3 and expand on that area?

I have an odd affinity with place underneath cities. It's like the "underworld". Varrock Sewers was one of the spots I considered an adventure back when I first started playing, and I'm looking forward to another adventure; this time under elf city.

Not sure if this was answered in some lore that I missed, but why is the elven forest cluttered with dead trees now? Along with the swooping trees that guard the entrance to Iletya. Thanks :D
