This will be pretty interesting, depending on when ELF city comes out.
Hoping it is next week, and not the final week of the month, as this would allow us to plan any bumper xp, if training at Elf City has some good training spots, and with the New potions etc, that is if seconds and ingredients are untradeable.

You do realise that announcing this 3 weeks in advance, will completely make the economy go crazy, making merchants richer, and people who are left with unused supplies poorer. Please in the future only announce things like this maybe 1 week before the event.

Notice that the weekend is not the usual Friday noon GMT to Monday noon GMT.
I suppose some timezones will benifit more regardless.

Time to buy 120 herby cape supplies :D
