For some people this is a great thing. For others, they don't want it. I do hope everyone meets their goals for the weekend, if you participate.

A couple of things to keep in mind as you gear up for it.

I see comments for stacking up on coffee/energy drinks/etc.
Remember to take breaks!

Your body and your mind will need the breaks. Perhaps combine your 'stepping away from the computer' time with a meal.

All of the high powered drinks won't make up for food so...
Take time away from the computer to eat meals.

Your body need the fuel and your brain and hands need the break. You will come back stronger and more coordinated than when you left.

And the horrid words
experience waste.

Sleep, even if only naps, to allow your self to decompress for a little while before going back full buggy tilt.

Your body and mind need rest and you need to let your adrenaline level slow down. It isn't healthy long term to keep your body at that high level.

Most of all, have fun and good luck to everyone!

Thank you for raising these points. Some of the things I hear involving double exp weekend has me worried about the well-being of players. Remember, no level is more important than your health. Strive for 99 Health, ok? ;)
