Yes obviously. Why would you specify a 24 Hour time constraint if you intended on it being 25? Some of us put aside things so we can get on on time to do this but you guys seem to be very irresponsible with meeting your own deadlines.
I don't mind to be honest. Great oppurtunity to make a mug of tea, eat a few biscuits, maybe look at the news.
I also assume the were late in releasing the batch yesterday. So in fact, thy are being quite honest about their deadlines.

Surprisingly they were on point yesterday at 1PM BST. And after officially releasing two batches you would think they know what they are doing and be able to make these changes on time.

You posted that ~1 second of the expected deadline. I hope you have not applied for work with Jagex. They surely wouldn't hire.

Jagex would be lucky to have me as an employee. But our values don't coincide. I appreciate and respect my clients/customers; not leave them hanging with false estimates. I actually do similar work to what one would do at jagex to lift this limit and it is not that difficult. All back-end database work. In addition, I posted ~1 hour after the initial expected deadline.

FYI:

I have nothing against Jagex nor am I impatient. I just believe it is malpractice to provide estimates equivalent to "shooting in the dark". Please give accurate estimates or defer the update until you are sure of the time it will take place. That's what any business would do.
