Yep my name's obviously long gone by now. Well I'm still very happy with my current name but Jagex seriously needs to do something about the servers... this is getting pretty out of hand. Best of luck to everyone still trying to get a name, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

spam the website name change!lol i logged out of game kept reloading the page til stopped getn erroe msg and finally once you get to set name click if it reloads but still says set name log back in to game and check :D worked for me wont change your name in the account page straight away doe!

if you get connection fail msg reload page retype name then accept if the reload page icon in browser spins and it gos back to set name without getn connection reset msg login game and check or keep trying took me 20min but worked you dont get a name has been changed msg :D
