Is it DOUBLE chance to get ibis parts or is it DOUBLE drops?

Is it DOUBLE EXPERIENCE and DOUBLE REP (total: 20K xp gives 4% rep) or is it DOUBLE EXPERIENCE but because its DBXP, rep is doubled? (total: 20k xp gives 2% rep)
