There is a JMod on world 115 a friends says at Mudskipper Point. But he said it's so full he can't really tell.

You can always tell if they are there cause if you have sound up you can hear the stamping sound. Good Luck to those who haven't gotten stamped. So far I've gone to 3/4 events & managed to get stamped every time by obeying the rules of what to do when you arrive there.

What world is he in now im guessing he left world 88 ge?

World 115 at Mudskipper Point, but it is beyond laggy as tons of players brought their pets/familiars/avatars there just to cause all the lag and prevent many players in getting a stamp.

I suggest not even going to that area at all.

You know, the simplest solution to this huge crowding would be to just make stamping players as a huge area-of-effect action. So when a Jagex moderator uses whatever item it is, they'll stamp everybody in the vicinity requiring aid without having to do that silly surge dance to every individual player.

I don't know if they didn't think of something like this, or they're not doing something like this because for some particular reason they find the manual intervention to be preferred.
