Why does this have to be so difficult?
Oh wait, it's not difficult. . . it's just a matter of randomness that you can catch a JMOD when a stamping session is posted a short time before it happens.
I wonder how much of the Runescape population is US based and typically does their playing between 5PM and midnight on most days? Spread that over 4 time zones and the time to be most convenient would be closer to midnight ET and 8PM PT.
I have no idea what that translates to in BST.

lets try this game reset is 01:00 bst, est 20:00, cst 19:00, pst 17:00 so a good session after reset would be best, mod Lee often did this but is in the UK for legacy beta (he was on the streaming today) and got word he will stay a J-Mod he is the only non-UK J-mod and lives in the US , pacific i think. Mod Tyran has been a sub while lee was at Jagex HQ, except on his day off. remember stampings are a bonus - u still have 14 more days
