What is the time shift from BST to USA-ET?
Ive never kept up with this sort of thing very closely. What time ET does a new day start is what I need to know.
Thanks
Babag*noush is right, we in North America, particularly on the west coast, would appreciate some times that don't fall when we're asleep. Baba is actually one hour off in the schedule he put up -- it's 5 hours, not 4 difference between BDT and EDT. And 8 hours diff to west coast (PDT). So the convenient 1pm stamp in the UK happens at 5am in L.A. (and San Fran, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, etc.).

I'd hardly call it convenient. The first few days gave handy times, but ever since then the times seem to be right in the middle of the day when most people would either be at work or school.
Considering this stamping thing was set up as being an assistance to those unable to log on due to real life commitments, I don't understand why the schedule is so...unaccommodating. On a national scale, it seems. Thanks heavens for ninja stampers
