Road Trip - Stamping Sessions

Thanks for the stamp then Slay, very appreciated.
Though, I would like to ask for a bit more clarification to help other peeps out regarding times you guys do the stamp sessions.
Previous sessions, you guys stuck around to stamp for an hour, say you were designated a slot starting at 4pm, you would have stayed til 5pm stamping peeps.
Today I was very confused when I arrived on W6, thinking I had plenty of time at 4:30pm to get a quick stamp, but I and a group of peeps with more still coming to the crater, had apparently missed the Jmod that was stamping.
That's a bit disappointing and I can see how some peeps were getting frustrated with it. To avoid this, could you guys state how long you plan to be around for at those times? Like if you're only around for 30 mins at 4pm for example, could you state that in the schedule so peeps know when to go/plan to visit to grab a stamp.
Otherwise like myself, a lot of peeps thought they had time to get a stamp but turns out the Jmod had left a fair bit before we logged in.
It would be neat to include a quick bit of info stating where everyone should meet at that slot too. It used to say in the schedule in the past, but today I had to wait and hope a helpful forumer dedicated to the thread would be able to help out - fortunately there was in the form of Pigpen <3.
