It might be a good idea to list the hours as GMT...
In the UK it is currently BST (British Summer Time) as clocks went forward an hour in March, and we do not go back to using GMT until clocks go back again in October. It would only make sense to use BST as Jagex are located in the UK. Make sure to google timezones next time if you're unsure. :P

Wouldn't it make more sense to have more than one Jmod at the 7pm stamping session, as that's when there's tons of players online - European people after work/school get online around that time.

EDIT: Also, why the frick aren't the random stamping sessions, like Mod Moltare mentioned above, on the schedule? Would lessen the load on the 7pm session.
