Mistakes happen and this mixup is understandable.
What isn't okay is acknowledging you made a mistake yet still posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pintrest a non existent podcast, hours after the original post, to, again, check out said non-existent podcast. It's bad enough you've stepped up your social media presence ten fold, hassling everyone to follow you on Pinterest and Instagram 4 times a day. The professional thing to do is at the very least remove the posts until the podcast is up, not continue to advertise it.
Guess I'm just not a big fan of Jagex becoming so industrialized and distant from the player. Bigger fish now, I suppose.
