So we have emote-outfit-pet, why nothing, bigger? Something better? Something like a design your own quest? That would be awesome! EXP is not important, it's important to have fun and play with your friends. :) - Lopendebank3

Yes I suppose silliness has always been a part but it is beyond the ridiculous now, I realize I am in the minority, It seems many players cut their teeth on Maplestory and Pokemon and are bringing those concepts here.

Don't get me wrong I like that players are creative but we have world 42 for that, Maybe it could be considered that whatever new lorebreaking pets are brought into the game that they are confined to certain worlds so those few of us that don't care for the ridiculous don't have to look at it.

Heck I would be happy with just ONE world that is ridiculous free.

IMO if they did not say "limit to one submission per user" then that is a green light for "SUBMIT ALL THE PETS! :D "

I have submitted 3, with a possible 3 more coming up. If you want to submit more than one, I suggest making them different from one another so to maximize diversity.

I have a Qilin (dragon-deer) A magical flying fairy slug (sea slug) and a six tailed fox.

As my chemistry teacher used to say "The more manure you sling at a barn door, the more likely some of it will stick".

Your odds go up I think if you submit more.

I am disappointed too that only 1 will win.

What will probably happen is that if the other 2 pet submissions who don't win get enough popularity they could still be added to the game.

And yeah, I am happy this is at least happening :)

I understand your frustration, but "ridiculousness" is so subjective that I don't think such a world could exist. A lot of players don't like the "furry" accessories from the store, and want to be able to hide it.

I consider getting 120 in a skill that offers no benefits above 99 for the sake of wearing a slightly flashier cape to be ridiculous. Would that be considered worthy of "hiding" or forsaking its wear on one single world?

No offense, but creating a world that "bans" certain content will just create a flame war for players and a headache for Jagex. I don't think it can be done. No matter how much you try to filter something out, something will slip in through the cracks.

Like the Easter chicken costume. Why, Jagex, why?

Good luck to everyone entering, I'm not to artistic, but I do like the fact that the community has a say in things like this. Really excited to see all the imagination from the community team when its said and done as well :D .

This is quite out of the topic area, but can we have combat pets? Since just about everything in this game gains experience, why not give the pets give some sort of experience through combat? It would make combat an overall better experience, and you can get better, or stronger pets through having higher summoning level. Starting ones can be the simple cat and dog, then continues on to have like a pet dragon. This game is losing it's people count, so a pet by your side can tone down the loneliness vibe. I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this but please Jagex, this would make the game much more fun. ^_^
