Does anyone know about double xp + a gilded altar? Various people are saying the double xp won't stack, while others say it would. - This thread is going to get a lot of replies, feel free to PM me in game with an answer, might be easier.

One question before I buy summoning supplies for outrageous prices, is summoning unable to use during the double xp weekend? Because I know prayer on an altar is not doubled. So wondering if it is the same for summoning? Just a rumor I heard within the community.

When the question about how double xp will work and what skills it will work with is answered, can it be posted with the original post?
Depending on how prayer/summoning is effected and if the double xp is going to stay 2x the entire weekend or start higher than 2x and reduce to 1.1x can make a difference on how votes swing.
I personally will change my vote to double drops if its not staying 2x the entire weekend or if prayer/summoning are going to be reduced. I know its happened in the past, and its important this question be answered before voting time runs out, just for the purpose of being properly informed.
