Sorry if this sounds lame, but I'm not used to FaceBook
I have logged into FaceBook & have "http://***.facebook.***/RuneScape" in the address bar, so I presume that's that right page but no "Competitions" Tab.
Please am I doing something wrong?
There was one thing that stood out for me in this issue of the Gielinor Globe: The RuneScape Theme - Metal Version. That was completely awesome! I'm sure it would be a credit to the game if you added this song to the music list! Just out of curiosity, does the amount of times I watch that video on the Gielinor Globe affect the amount of YouTube views it has had?
I don't think anyone actually knows. YouTube has various measures to prevent people from boosting videos' view counts, but they're more or less secret.
I imagine if any one user watches the video a lot of times, YouTube would assume they're trying to boost the view count and stop increasing the counter. But I don't really know any specific numbers or anything.
Point is, if you're enjoying it then keep rewatching it as many times as you like - you certainly won't do any harm.

I think it's only there while there's an active competition. The 'Facebook Exclusive' competition ended on Sunday.
PLEASE add the RS Theme Metal Version to the playlist if it's possible. No offense to you guys Jagex, I'm sure you do the best with what you have, but if it's possible I'd much rather listen to that on RS than the beeps and vaguely snare drum sounding "new" tracks.

There's currently no way to add audio tracks into the in-game playlist, I'm afraid. You can always play it in a separate tab though.
