, seeing as you are head of the 'new' community division, you should check out my forum post about owning a friends chat devoted to actually helping newer players!

We have a team of devoted Veteran Runescape players that are there most of the day looking to help out anyone who seems to be in need of Runescape help, getting started, or even getting used to the new EoC/RS3 updates.

If you ever need any aid with getting Veteran Runescape players to assist you, my team is your team :) .

A little about myself? I have been with Jagex for just under a year but have been an avid gamer for 20 plus years now, including working on game design and content development in all kinds of formats and settings. I like pizza, ice cream and Mod Slayer's cookies but should be eating less of them than I want to. I also am working hard on bringing up my kids as gamers, though they seem to need little help in truth ;)
