It feels so good to finally say this again...All caught up! Welcome to the HLF everyone!
My work laptop has been fixed and I'm able to do my HLF duties again! I'm sorry for anyone who has waited a long time to get access but from now on people should not have to wait that long again! I will be continuing my regular Wednesday and Sunday HLF access checks and we'll be getting back on track now
Now that you've been given access - don't forget to read the HLF Guidelines and Strike System post found here

If you haven't been given access to the HLF after posting on this thread, it is most likely because of your past history on the RuneScape Official Forums. If you'd like to ask why, you can ask me to message you on this thread and I will send you an inbox message explaining why you have not been given access.
Also, you must have 99 Divination (including 99 in all of the other skills) to get access to the HLF. So for those of you are applying without 99 Divination, get 99 first and then re-apply
