Although OSRS has only 23 skills compared to the 26 in RS3, the experience rates are slower and this means that maxing OSRS usually takes longer than it would to max in RS3.

new account-> maxed takes over 2500 hours in OSRS with few shortcuts available, so I feel that OSRS maxed players deserve HLF access just as much as RS3 maxed players.

HLF access was closed to OSRS players because of reservations over the first OSRS maxed player being perceived as confrontational and unwelcome. However, OSRS now has 20+ maxed players and all of us are unable to receive HLF access simply because the HLF curator did not have a cordial relationship with the first OSRS maxer.

I feel that we should be considered equals to RS3 maxed players, and be able to enjoy the same specialist forum access as them.

If you have to deny my request, can the question of allowing OSRS maxed players HLF access at least be reconsidered? It has been almost 10 months since this matter was last discussed.

First of all, I was (and still am) the HLF Curator back when the first player maxed on Old School RuneScape and he wasn't given access to the High Level Forums because it is for players who have maxed their account on RuneScape 3. Not because I or anyone else had a problem with him.

That being said, I'm sorry but even though you are maxed on Old School RuneScape you are not eligible for High Level Forum access. In the first post on this thread it clearly states "All of your skills must be at least level 99 in RuneScape 3 to access the HLF". Old School RuneScape has its own section on the forums and if the Old School team wants to make a section for those who have maxed, they will do so.

If you haven't been given access to the HLF after posting on this thread, it is most likely because of your past history on the RuneScape Official Forums. If you'd like to ask why, you can ask me to message you on this thread and I will send you an inbox message explaining why you have not been given access.

Also, you must have 99 Divination (including 99 in all of the other skills) to get access to the HLF. So for those of you are applying without 99 Divination, get 99 first and then re-apply
