Yes I know that. But why does it take 4 trys to get an answer? Shouldn't you at least let people know that they will be banned from the hlf for a while and if you can how long? That seems like a very odd attitude for a company towards a customer.

Also, I got 2 day ban and I won't question that, even though I have not seen what it was I got banned for. I can guess why, but that is not the issue. You won't grant me access again because of the ban but I'm assuming there's something behind that? A policy maybe? Eitherway I'd like to know how long I'll be kept from the hlf and if at all possible I'd like to know what thought process is behind said policy (if there is one).

Since I've become the curator of the HLF I have been re-working the guidelines and how people are removed from the HLF.

My advice to you is to re-apply for the HLF in the beginning of next year. Kind of like a "clean slate" with the coming of the new year. Hope to see you apply then
