Regicidial, AKA Mod Lee, is the Curator of HLF and thus probably does get to decide who stays and who goes. This information is relevent as of 26-Oct-2013. Regardless of this information however, this thread is an access thread run by Jmods, and not a discussion thread and as far as I'm concerned a Jmods (even if he is using his regular account) word is final on this topic.
