To all of the people debating about whether or not Old School maxers should be a part of the HLF - this isn't the place to discuss that. This is a thread for players to request access to the HLF so please don't spam it.

As a follow up, I've edited the original post by Mod Jane to make it more clear on what the requirements are to access the High Level Forums.

You must have all skills level 99 on your RuneScape 3 account. Despite how hard it is to max on Old School, the discussions on the HLF are geared towards the main game (RuneScape 3). Old School has its own section on the Forums and if the Old School team chooses to do so, they can add their very own Old School HLF section.

If you haven't been given access to the HLF after posting on this thread, it is most likely because of your past history on the RuneScape Official Forums. If you'd like to ask why, you can ask me to message you on this thread and I will send you an inbox message explaining why you have not been given access.

Also, you must have 99 Divination (including 99 in all of the other skills) to get access to the HLF. So for those of you are applying without 99 Divination, get 99 first and then re-apply
